In order to access this service, you must:

• Have a purchase done.
  
  
• Go through Log In / My Account / History [help]. Here you will find a list of previous and current purchases. These are marked delivered.

Only if your purchase is marked as delivered, a Tracking UPS button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click on it and follow the instructions.
