Koltec is (and were always) the only dutch electric fencers manufacturer. It controls 90% of sector. Actually, the name 'Koltec' is very known and sounds familiar to every dutch farmer. Their present owners have maintained its quality and popularity and raised the company to the leader position in Europe.
